Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
I’m Dr. Shaunda Kelly, a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience in my field. My scope of practice includes sedation/anesthesia, dental implants, wisdom teeth & dentoalveolar surgery, sleep disordered breathing/OSA, TMJ, oral facial pathology, trauma, and facial cosmetics.
My background includes clinical education, leadership, quality & safety, and research at the University of Alabama, Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery as Assistant Professor and Chief of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the VA Medical Center in Birmingham AL. I am excited to return home to the Sunshine State to serve my patients in Central Florida.
I enjoy people and contributing to my community. I am a wife and mother of 3 active children, Armando (8), Amaya (7), and Giancarlo (4). Together we enjoy BMX, basketball, soccer, gymnastics, yoga, riding bikes and music. My passions are empowering others, mentoring, volunteering, sports, traveling, boating, beach trips, trail runs, and tennis.
